Remote-In Support does not outsource any work. All accounts will be serviced directly by Janet personally. Only a limited number of select clients will be accommodated based on availability.
With over a decade of experience providing remote-only business support services across industries, Janet has successfully navigated administrative and operational needs through tailwinds, headwinds and everything in between. This means you get the help you need in a streamlined and concentrated boost with less ramp-up time.
Remote-in Support also focuses on strategic relationship management according to Mindmaven's Radical Delegation theory, providing high value human management to enhance executive presence and optics for employees and stakeholders alike.
We will discuss your needs in an initial assessment call, followed by an onboarding questionnaire to set up your account if we are agreed that Remote-In Support can benefit your business.
General and repetitive tasks will be automated as much as possible, to maximize an overview approach that leaves room for higher level collaborations. Our working partnership will be customized for your individual personality, work habits, preferences and goals.
There is a minimum requirement of 20 hours per month (if you do not need at least an hour of support per work day, Remote-In Support is probably not the best fit for you at this time). Time worked beyond the core base is charged by the hour and invoiced at the end of each month.
